离心式水煤浆泵在煤化工中的应用

APPLICATION OF CENTRIFUGAL COAL WATER SLURRY PUMP IN COAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRY

水煤浆泵是煤化工项目中的重要输送设备,其质量的好坏,成本的高低直接影响煤化工项目的投资和稳定运行。探讨从磨煤机出口至大煤浆槽的磨煤机出料槽泵(低压煤浆泵)的选型,结合离心式水煤浆泵在煤气化装置中的实际使用情况,对比隔膜式水煤浆泵,对其结构、原理、投资进行分析,展望离心式水煤浆泵在煤化工项目中的应用前景。

Coal water slurry pump is the important conveying equipment in coal chemical industry. Its quality whichever is good or bad, and cost whichever is high or low, directly influence the investment and steady operation of coal chemical proiect. This paper described the model selection of low pressure coal water slurry pump used from outlet of coal pulverizer to big coal water slurry vessel. Compared with diaphragm coal water slurry pump, this paper studied the real practice of centrifugal coal water slurry pump in coal chemical plant, its structure, mechanism, and investment, and prospected the vision of centrifugal pump applied in coal chemical industry.
