粉煤气化炉水冷壁热损失波动影响因素分析及优化 被引量:1

摘要 水冷壁热损失是衡量气化炉运行稳定的重要参数。在实际生产过程中,受煤质、氧煤比、蒸汽加入量、气化炉氧量等因素的影响,使其出现不同程度的波动,增加了水冷壁、水冷壁盘管、气化炉下渣口等设备的烧损频率,进而影响气化炉长周期稳定运行。通过分析水冷壁热损失的影响因素,提出处理水冷壁热损失波动的对策及优化措施。 Heat loss on cold water wall is the important parameter to evaluate the operation of the gasi- tier. During real practice, several factors, such as coal quality, oxygen and coal ratio, steam ratio, and oxy- gen flow, will lead to the fluctuation of heat loss more or less, further more increase the burnt time of cold water wall, coil of cold water wall, and slag downcomer of gasifier, and impact on the long cycle operation of the gasifier. By analyzing the factors that impact on heat loss of cold water wall, optimizing measures were put forward to deal with the fluctuation of heat loss.
