介绍螺杆压缩机的分类和基本结构、工作原理,针对常见故障,对操作压力不稳定、转子端面间隙调整、转子齿面啮合间隙比率调整、同步齿轮定位销的合理安装、密封结构形式缺陷的更新升级等故障进行分析和研究,并根据实践经验给出可行性办法与合理化建议。

The screw compressor, its classification, basic structure and working principle were introduced. Aiming at the common failures on the compressor, the uneven operation pressure, rotor end clearance adjustment, rotor tooth surface mashing clearance ratio, proper installation of synchromesh gear alignment pin, and the defect of seal structure pattern were carefully researched after learning from actual practice. A feasibility study and rationalization proposal were presented.
