摘要 为了加强西藏地区农业兴利除害、防灾减灾的科技管理水平,保障地区农业增产丰收,提高农业生态环境保护与修复能力以及科学治农与以法治农能力、灾害预测及防治能力,本文以西藏地区农业为研究背景,基于ArcGIS系统构建农业信息管理系统。详细介绍了西藏农业信息管理系统的建立过程及基本功能,为西藏地区农作物管理、抗旱、资源规划和利用、环境评价和治理提供技术支持,保障西藏地区经济持续、健康发展。 In order to strengthen the scientific and technological management level of agricultural endeavor, disaster prevention and mitigation in Tibet, ensure the increase of agricultural production in the region, and improve the ability of agricultural ecological environment protection and restoration as well as the capacity of scientific management of agriculture and the rule of law in agriculture, disaster prediction and prevention and control, this paper takes agriculture in Tibet as a research background and constructs agricultural information management system based on Arc GIS System. The establishment process and basic functions of Tibet agricultural information management system are introduced in detail, providing technical support for crop management, drought resistance, resource planning and utilization, environmental assessment and governance in Tibet and ensuring the sustained and healthy development of native economy in Tibet.
