车载压缩机供油系统数值模拟及结构优化

Simulation and structral optimization of oil supply system of vehicle compressor

为提高车载压缩机润滑系统的可靠性,对某型号车载压缩机在4种不同注油量时的供油情况进行模拟,并进行优化设计及试验验证。结果表明,增加上法兰回油孔结构可以明显改善回油效果,满足压缩机润滑可靠性要求。

In order to improve the reliability of lubrication system of vehicle compressor,the oil supply of a certain type of compressor under four different oil charge amounts is simulatied. The optimization design is proposed, and its verified with tests. The results show that the effect of oil return is obviously improved after adding an oil return hole structure onto the top flange, and the reliability requirement on compressor is satisfied.
