“一带一路”战略研究现状综述

A Literature Review on Current Researches Concerning the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ Strategy

“一带一路”是新时期我国对外开放和区域协调发展的重大战略举措。在“一带一路”从理念提出到实践过程中，学者们做了不少探索和研究。本文围绕研究概况、主要观点评述、未来展望三个问题，作了深入系统阐述。特别提出未来研究应重视宏观、整体研究和顶层设计；强化人文领域研究，尤其是注重对当代人文交流现象和内容的研究；重视和拓展“一带一路”对相关国家关系影响研究等。

＂One Belt and One Road＂ is a major strategic measure adopted by Chinese leaders to promote China＇s opening and its campaigns for its harmoni- ous regional development. Elaborating the idea and details of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ all the way from concept to practice, scholars did a lot of exploration and research. This paper aims at making a systematic summarization of the existing lit- erature of this theme with a focus on three aspects： overall conditions and a- chievements of the researches on this theme, reviews on major opinions, and a prospect on the future trends. Specifically, the author argues that the future re- search should put an emphasis on the macroscopic perspective, the integrated ap- proach, and the top-level design. The relevant researches in the humanities areashall be strengthened in future, and particularly, an importance shall be attached to the contents and phenomenon of contemporary cultural exchanges of humani ties. Furthermore, the researches shall be reorganized and expanded to cover the issues concerning the impacts of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ on China＇s relations with relevant countries
