肾复康对大鼠实验性慢性肾炎的作用

Effect of Shenfukang on Rats with Experimental Chronic Nephritis

为寻求可消除肾性蛋白尿及维护肾功能的有效制剂 ,观察了广州中医药大学第一附属医院的临床经验方肾复康 (由雷公藤、黄芪、三七、益母草等组成 )对大鼠实验性慢性肾炎的药理作用。结果表明 :高( 10 .8g kg )、中 ( 5 .4g kg )、低 ( 2 .7g kg )剂量肾复康治疗组对阿霉素肾炎和小牛血清白蛋白性肾炎引起的尿蛋白排出增加 ,血清总蛋白 ( ρ总昼白)、白蛋白 ( ρ白昼白)、ρ白昼白 ρ总昼白 的降低 ,血清胆固醇、肌酐、尿素氮的升高 ,均有明显的抑制作用。

Shenfukang is a preparation composed of Chinese medicines. Effects of Shenfukang on rat models with nephritis induced by adriamyein and calf serum albumin were investigated. The results showed that Shenfukang at the dosages of 10.8 ?g/kg, 5.4 ?g/kg and 2.7 ?g/kg had an obvious inhibitory effect on the excretion of urinary protein, the decrease of serum total protein and albumin content and the ratio of albumin and globulin, and the increase of serum cholesterol, creatinine and urinary nitrogen content. It is indicated that Shenfukang exerts a certain therapeutic effect on glomerulonephritis.
