摘要
采用常规石蜡切片法对大花黄牡丹根、茎、叶柄进行形态解剖学观察。研究表明:营养器官的周皮和木纤维发达,形态结构特征表现出对生长环境的高度适应性,具有抗寒和抗旱的特点;皮层薄壁细胞内检测到后含物,其中茎分布最多,小根和叶柄有少量分布,大根没有检测到;叶和小根为后含物合成的源,茎为贮藏的库;后含物主要积累于茎皮,有集中分布的特点,可能与其重要的生理功能有关。
Morphology and anatomy of the roots, stems and petioles of Paeonia ludlowii were observed by conventional paraffin section method. This research showed that the periderm of vegetative organ and the wood fiber were developed, and the morphological feature of the structure displayed a high degree of adaptability to the growth environment, which was the characteristics of cold and drought resistance. The ergastic substances were detected in the cortex parenchyma cells, of which the stems were the most distributed, and the small roots and the petioles were slightly distributed, but not detected in the large roots. The leaves and small roots were the sources of the ergastic substance, and the stems were the repository for storage;and the ergastic substances were mainly accumulated in the bark, with concentrated distribution characteristics, which might be related to its important physiological functions.
