佩枯措土壤、水体微生物的分离及抗病原菌活性研究

Study on Soil and Water Microorganisms Isolated from Peiku Co and their Anti-pathogenic Activity

本研究旨在开发佩枯措抗病原菌活性菌种资源。本实验采用涂布法从佩枯措土壤及水体中分离微生物,并以金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus, SA)和大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli, E. coli)为指示菌利用菌株发酵粗提物进行最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)检测,得到具抑SA活性菌株55株,其中真菌49株,放线菌6株;并针对抑菌活性较强的2株放线菌P5和P160从形态特征、培养特征及生理试验方面进行了初步鉴定,鉴定结果表明,菌株P5和菌株P160皆属链霉菌属,分别初步命名为Streptomyces sp. P5和Streptomyces sp. P160。研究结果表明佩枯措生态环境中存在着丰富的抗病原菌活性微生物资源。

In order to develop the anti-pathogenic active strain resources of Peiku Co, the spread method was used to separate microbes.Using SA and E. coli as indicator bacteria to extract crude extracts from strains for minimum inhibitory concentration detection, 55 strains with antibacterial activity were obtained, including 49 fungi and 6 actinomycetes. The P5 and P160 of actinomycetes with strong antibacterial activity were identified from the morphological, culture and physiological test characteristics. The results showed that both P5 and P160 were Streptomyces, preliminarily named streptomyces sp. P5 and streptomyces sp. P160. This indicated that there were abundant anti-pathogenic active microbial resources in the eco-environment of Peiku Co.
