摘要
为了解西藏养禽业禽病流行病毒株的基本情况,本研究对从西藏某鸡场采集的疑似流感的病料样品采用鸡胚尿囊腔接种进行病毒的分离,并经血凝试验(HA试验)、血凝抑制试验(HI试验)及分子生物学试验对其病原学进行鉴定。结果显示,分离鉴定到1株H5亚型禽流感病毒西藏分离株,为西藏禽流感病的预警预测提供理论基础。
In order to understand the basic situation of the poultry disease epidemic strain in the poultry industry in Tibet, this study isolated the suspected influenza virus samples collected from a chicken farm in Tibet by means of chick embryo allantoic cavity inoculation, and identified its etiology by hemagglutination assay (HA), hemagglutination inhibition assay (HI) and molecular biology test. The results showed that a strain of H5 subtype avian influenza virus was isolated and identified, which provided a theoretical basis for the early warning and prediction of avian influenza in Tibet.
