观察口内直接粘接加全冠修复治疗纵折后牙的临床疗效

To observe the clinical effect of direct adhesion in the mouth and total crown restoration on the teeth after longitudinal fracture

目的分析口内直接粘接加全冠修复治疗纵折后牙的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月～2017年6月240例医院收治的纵折后牙患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采取传统治疗方式,观察组则采取口内直接粘接加全冠修复的治疗模式。观察两组患者术后半年、1年的治疗有效率。结果观察组术后半年、1年的治疗有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口内直接粘接加全冠修复在纵折后牙患者的临床治疗中具有较高的应用价值,能够提高近远期的疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of direct adhesion in the mouth and total crown restoration on the teeth after longitudinal fracture.Methods 240 patients with longitudinally broken teeth who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as observation objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the control group, the traditional treatment was adopted,while in the observation group, the treatment mode of direct adhesion and total crown restoration was adopted.The therapeutic effciency of the two groups was observed for 6 months and 1 year after operation.Results The therapeutic effciency of the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Direct intra oral adhesion combined with total crown restoration is of high application value in the clinical treatment of patients with longitudinal broken teeth,and can improve the short-term and long-term effcacy.
