苜蓿草粉对高海拔地区生长期藏猪的营养价值评定 被引量:2

摘要 本试验旨在通过消化试验来评定苜蓿草粉在高海拔地区生长期藏猪上的营养价值。选择10头平均体重在(22.12±2.32)kg健康状况良好的藏猪,随机分成2个处理,每个处理5个重复,分别饲喂基础饲粮与苜蓿草粉饲粮(15%苜蓿草粉+85%基础饲粮)。预饲期5 d,正式试验4 d,采用化学分析法测定干物质(DM)、粗灰分(Ash),粗脂肪(EE)和粗蛋白质(CP)含量,采用内源指示剂(盐酸不溶灰分,AIA)法测定苜蓿草粉中养分的表观消化率。结果表明:苜蓿草粉中DM、Ash、EE与CP的含量分别为86.83%、8.30%、1.83%与18.44%,生长期藏猪对苜蓿草粉中的DM、Ash、EE与CP的表观消化率分别为62.73%、42.09%、89.66%与88.18%。结果说明,苜蓿草粉中养分含量较为丰富,可以作为高海拔地区生长期藏猪的饲料来源。 This study was conducted to determine the nutritional value of alfalfa meal for growing Tibetan pigs in high altitude area by digestion experiments. Ten healthy growing Tibetan pigs with an average body weight of 22.12±2.32kg were randomly divided into two groups with 5 replicates per group, fed with basic diet and alfalfa meal diet (15% alfalfa meal +85% basic diet) respectively for the two groups. Pre-trial and formal trial periods lasted for five and four days respectively. The contents of dry matter (DM), crude ash (Ash), ether extract (EE) and crude protein (CP) were measured by chemical analysis method, and the apparent digestibility of nutrients in alfalfa meal was determined by endogenous indicator(ash insoluble in hydrochloric acid, AIA) method. The results showed as follows: the contents of DM, Ash, EE and CP of alfalfa meal were 88.49%, 5.41%, 2.58% and 38.86%, respectively. The apparent digestibility of DM, Ash, EE and CP of alfalfa meal were 62.73%,42.09%,89.66% and 88.18%, respectively. The results indicated that alfalfa meal was rich in nutrients and could be used as a feed source for Tibetan pigs growing in high altitude area.
