真菌不仅营养丰富,而且还具有强身健体的作用。凝集素是一类与糖特异性结合、具有凝集细胞作用的蛋白质或糖蛋白。不同凝集素的基本特征存在很大差异,即使来源相同的凝集素,它的基本特征也会存在差异。凝集素具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节等多种生物活性。近几年来,对真菌凝集素研究越来越多,真菌凝集素是继真菌多糖之后又一研究热点。它的一些生物活性得到广泛的应用。本文对真菌凝集素的基本特征,功能及其应用情况进行综述。

The basic characteristics of different lectins are very different, and the basic characteristics of lectin are different even from the same source. The lectin has various biological activities such as anti-tumor and immunoregulation. In recent years, more and more researches have been made on the lectin of fungi, which is another research hotspot after the polysaccharide, and some of its biological activities are widely used. The basic characteristics, functions and application of fungi lectin are reviewed in this paper.
