黄连解毒汤对内毒素类炎症模型小鼠血中白细胞介素2的影响

Effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on Serum Interleukin-2 in Mice Attacked by D-galactosamine and Lipopolysaccharide

为进一步探讨黄连解毒汤 (黄连、黄柏、黄芩、栀子组成 )对T细胞来源的细胞因子的调节作用 ,采用腹腔注射D -氨基半乳糖和脂多糖攻击小鼠造成内毒素类炎症模型 ,用放射免疫法检测观察了黄连解毒汤对该模型小鼠血清白细胞介素 2 (IL - 2 )的影响。结果表明黄连解毒汤在 2 .5kg L、 1.2 5kg L剂量时可有效提高IL - 2水平。提示黄连解毒汤可升高T细胞来源的细胞因子IL - 2水平。

Effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) in model mice with hepatic injury was observed. Mouse model was set up by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactosamine and Lipopolysaccharide, and serun IL-2 was detected by radiommunoassay.The results showed that Huanglian Jiedu Decoction at the concentrations of 2.5 ?kg/L and 1.25 ?kg/L increased the level of IL-2. It is concluded that Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can elevate the level of IL-2 produced by T lymphocytes.
