开心胶囊对冠心病大鼠血脂及脂蛋白亚组分的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Kaixin Capsule on Blood Lipid and Lipoprotein Subfractions in Experimental Rats with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 为开发一种具有调脂作用、有效防治冠心病的中药制剂 ,采用高胆固醇饲喂和大剂量垂体后叶素双重因素造成实验性冠心病大鼠模型 ,用沉淀酶联法和改良的双梯度聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳等技术 ,对大鼠的血脂、脂蛋白及其亚组分胆固醇、血清脂蛋白谱 (SLPG)进行了检测分析 ,并观察了由广州中医药大学第一附属医院研制的治疗冠心病、心绞痛及无症状心肌缺血的中药系列复方开心胶囊Ⅰ、Ⅱ号对其的影响。结果 :开心胶囊Ⅰ号 (生脉散加减 )具有降低总胆固醇 ( ρTC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( ρLDL -c)作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;开心胶囊Ⅱ号 (越鞠丸合失笑散加减 )具有降低 ρTC、ρLDL -c和甘油三酯 ( ρTG)的作用 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,并具有升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( ρHDL -c)作用。表明开心胶囊能够调整血脂水平 ,调整血清脂蛋白各亚组分平衡 ,降低动脉硬化指数 (KAI) ,因而具有抗动脉硬化的作用。 High cholesterol diets and a large dose of pituitrin were used to set up the experimental rat model with coronary heart disease.The blood lipid,lipoprotein subfractions and serum lipoprotein graph were detected by enzyme_linked method and modified digradient poly_acrylamide gel electrophoresis. Effects of Kaixin Capsule on the above indexes were observed.The results showed that Kaixin Capsule Ⅰ could decrease the content of total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL_c)(PP< 0.05 ).Kaixin Capsule Ⅱ decreased the content of TC,LDL_c and triglyceride(TG)(P< 0.01 ,P< 0.05 ),and increased the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(P< 0.05 ).This indicates that Kaixin Capsule can regulate the blood lipid level and the balance among the subfractions of lipoprotein and can inhibit arteriosclerosis by lowering the atherogenic index.
