摘要
研究借助Vicon三维运动捕捉系统,对陈式太极拳传承人王西安老师的"懒扎衣"动作进行数据采集,获得运动学参数,以太极拳、运动学、生物力学理论为分析依据,结合"懒扎衣"动作下肢关节活动特征进行研究,以期能帮助习练者更加直观认识并掌握不易察觉的技术细节,为规范习练者运动技术,更深层次理解和掌握太极拳运动技术提供参考。
In this study, all data of "Lan Zhayi" movenlents of teacher Wang Xihn who is the inheritor of Chen - style Taichi was collected by using Vicon 3d motion capture system, Obtain kinematic parameters, analysis and research on the theory of Taichi, kinematics and biomechanics basis, combining with the characteristics of lower limb joint "Lan Zhayi" movement, in order to help the practitioner understanding and grasp the more intuitive of technical details. It can also provide a reference for standardizing the exerciser's technique, understanding and mastering Taichi at a deeper level.
