Research of Enrollment System on Full-Time Sport Master of Professional Degree

专业学位研究生教育改革是当前我国研究生教育发展的重点领域,体育硕士专业学位研究生质量培养是当前热点问题之一,招生选拔环节是培养质量的重要前提,然而,却是当前研究的薄弱环节。分析探讨当前在体育硕士专业学位研究生招生选拔过程中存在的不合理现象,以促进研究生科学选拔和培养。以当前我国全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生招生领域与条件设计和选拔实施过程存在的主要欠合理因素为主要研究问题,主要运用相关政策文本分析和专家访问等研究方法,分析和探讨促进专业学位研究生招生改革建议。研究认为当前在体育硕士专业学位研究生招生选拔过程中存在招生领域设计覆盖面过窄,初试专业科目设计存在明显缺陷,对报考条件的要求过于宽泛,以及跨学科专业报考与调剂问题凸显等方面的问题。提出:适时增加领域设置,调整考试专业科目,明确招生领域条件,控制跨专业间调剂,灵活调整领域招生等改革建议。研究价值在于较系统阐述了当前我国全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生招生选拔制度设计的缺陷,并为进一步改革和完善提供参考。

The reform of postgraduate education of professional degree is the key areas in China. Quality cultivation of sport master of professional degree is one of the hot issues. Enrollment examination is an important promise for quality teaching; however, it is the current weak link. To study the unreasonable phenomena of selecting during the full - time sport master of professional degree entrance examination, in order to promote the seientifieity in selection and cultivation. The irrational prob- lems as the key issues of this paper include the requirements and application of the full - time sport master of professional de- gree entrance examination. Policy texts analysis and experts visiting are used in the research. Some irrational issues are found that the selected fields are too narrow, the designed subjects in preliminary test are obviously unreasonable, the requirements of candidates are more broad, and the problems of examination and regulation between disciplines are more irrational. Some proposals are as following： to add properly professional fields, to adjust professional subjects, to be clear of requirements in different professional fields, to control regulation between disciplines and to adjust freely the examination fields. The value of this research is not only to systematically expound the designed defects in the full - time sport master of professional degree entrance examination, but also to provide references for the reform.
