摘要
目的分析我院抗菌药物的使用频度与肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性的相关性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供理论依据,进而遏制细菌耐药的进展。方法回顾性分析我院2015~2017年抗菌药物使用频度及肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药数据,进行皮尔逊相关性分析。结果肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢他啶的耐药率与头孢他啶的使用频度呈正相关,对阿米卡星、妥布霉素的耐药率分别与阿米卡星、妥布霉素使用频度呈负相关。肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢他啶、头孢噻肟、头孢吡肟及氨苄西林舒巴坦的耐药率与其它抗菌药物的使用频度也具有一定的相关性。结论肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性与抗菌药物使用频度具有一定的相关性,应进一步加强抗菌药物的管理,优化抗菌药物的品种选择,控制抗菌药物的使用量。
Objective To analyze the correlation between defined daily doses (DDDs) of antimicrobial agents and resistance rate of klebsiella pneumoniae, provide a meaningful theory for rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice,and contain the progress of bacterial resistance. Methods DDDs of antimicrobial agents and klebsiella pneumoniae resistance were all retrospectively reviewed by pearson correlation analysis in HIS system from 2015 to 2017. Results Defined daily doses of ceftazidime and klebsiella pneumoniae resistance rates were positively correlated. Defined daily doses of amikacin and tobramycin were negatively correlated with the klebsiella pneumoniae resistance rates. The resistance rate of klebsiella pneumoniae to cefpyridine, cefotaxime, cefepime and ampicillin/sulbactam was also correlated with defined daily doses of other antibacterial drugs. Conclusion Certain correlation exists between DDDs of antimicrobial agents and klebsiella pneumoniae resistance, so administration on antimicrobial agents must be enhanced, the variety selection of antimicrobial agents should be optimizational and their dosage should be controlled.
