“Five Aspects” Simultaneously: New Ideas for Promoting the HighQuality Development of Think Tanks

[目的/意义]对照高质量发展要求,积极探索智库可持续发展的路径与模式,推动我国新型智库建设实现高质量发展,更好地提供决策咨询服务。[方法 /过程]通过对我国智库发展的政策实践进行梳理,结合实地调研,坚持问题意识,突出问题导向,总结提炼推进我国智库高质量发展的思路与举措。[结果 /结论 ]从"管理制度化""内容专业化""运营品牌化""运作平台化""服务社会化"5个方面提出了推进我国新型智库建设实现高质量发展的对策建议。

[Purpose/significance] According to the requirements of high-quality development, we shouldactively explore the path and mode of sustainable development of think tanks, promote the high-quality constructionof new think tanks in China, and provide better policy decision and consultation services. [Method/process]Through combing the policy practice with field research, problem awareness, and problem orientation, this articlesummarizes the ideas and measures to promote the development of high-quality think tanks in China. [Result/conclusion] This paper gives suggestions to promote the high-quality construction of new think tanks in Chinafrom five aspects： management institutionalization, content specialization, operation branding, operation platformand service socialization.
