Research on the Roles of Beijing Philosophical and Social Science Research Institute as a New Type of Think Tank

[目的/意义]北京市哲学社会科学研究基地建设已经迈入第15年,基地数量达到79个,成为建设首都新型智库的重要抓手之一。为了进一步推动研究基地提质增效,发挥其在新型智库建设中的借鉴与示范作用,在2018年暑期前后对其开展了深入调研。[方法 /过程]采用调查法、文献研究法、个案研究法、定量分析法、定性分析法、经验总结法、描述性研究法等多种方法开展调查研究。[结果 /结论 ]通过本次调研,总结归纳了研究基地建设管理的主要做法、显著成效、经验启示、存在问题,提出了今后建设发展的思路意见。本文对新型智库特别是类型相近的高校智库平台建设有一定的借鉴作用。

[Purpose/significance] After 15 years of construction, the number of Beijing Philosophical andSocial Science research bases has reached 79, and they have become the important points for the new think tanksconstruction in the capital. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the bases, and show its reference valuein the new think tanks construction, we conduct an in-depth research in the summer of 2018. [Method/process]This paper adopts various methods to carry out the research, such as investigation method, literature research,case study, quantitative and qualitative analysis, induction method and descriptive research. [Result/conclusion]Through this study, this paper summarizes the main practices, achievements, lessons and existing problems ofthe research base management, and puts forward some suggestions for the future development. This paper alsoprovide some reference for the new think tanks construction, especially for the university-affiliated think tanks.
