疏肝健脾法治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎效果及对BMI及AC的变化分析

Effect of Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Therapy in Treating Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis and Analysis of Changes in BMI and AC

目的对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎应用中药治疗的效果及治疗前后BMI及AC变化情况进行探讨。方法选取88例非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者进行分组对比,给予中药治疗者设定为观察组,给予常规治疗者设定为对照组,每组44例患者。对2组治疗效果及治疗前后BMI及AC变化情况展开比较,评估方案的应用价值。结果治疗总有效率方面,观察组和对照组分别为95.45%(42/44)、75.00%(33/44),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。体质量指数(BMI)及腰围(AC)方面,治疗后,观察组的BMI及AC均低于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论临床上采用中药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的效果显著,能够有效降低患者体质量指数和腰围,进而改善预后,故方案推广意义大。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and the changes of BMI and AC before and after treatment. Methods 88 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis were selected as the observation group and the control group was set as the control group with 44 patients in each group. The therapeutic effects of 2 groups and the changes of BMI and AC before and after treatment were compared, and the application value of the scheme was evaluated. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.45% and 75% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Body mass index （BMI） and waist circumference （AC）, after treatment, the BMI and AC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis is significant. It can effectively reduce the body mass index and waist circumference, and then improve the prognosis, so the scheme is of great significance.
