田金洲教授治疗帕金森病便秘的临证经验

Clinical Experience of Professor Tian Jinzhou in Treating Parkinson's Constipation

帕金森病是常见的神经系统变性病,其临床症状分为运动症状和非运动症状,其中非运动症状是导致帕金森病晚期致残和生活质量恶劣的重要因素。便秘是帕金森病常见的非运动症状之一。田教授致力于神经变性病的中西医结合治疗,运用中医中药手段治疗帕金森病便秘疗效显著。笔者师从田金洲教授,本文对田教授关于帕金森病便秘的病因病机、发病基础、辨证分型特点、临床用药经验进行简要归纳总结,并整理两则典型临床医案介绍其病证结合的学术特色和临证经验。

arkinson＇s disease is a common neurodegenerative disease. Its clinical symptoms are divided into motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms, in which non-motor symptoms are important factors resulting in terminal physical disability and low quality of life of Parkinson＇s disease. Professor Tian is committed to treating the neurodegenerative diseases by using Chinese and Western combination therapy, the use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat constipation which caused by Parkinson is remarkable. The author learn from Professor Tian Jinzhou,This article briefly summarizes Professor Tian＇s experience about the pathogenesis, dialectical classification and Clinical medication of Parkinson＇s constipation, and organizes two typical clinical cases to introduce his characteristic concepts and clinical experiences which combined disease with syndrome.
