疏肝健脾法联合中药外敷治疗肝郁脾虚型非酒精性脂肪肝的临床研究

The Clinical Study of Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Method Combined with External Application of Chinese Medicine in Treating Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency

目的观察疏肝健脾法联合中药外敷治疗肝郁脾虚型非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法收集60例肝郁脾虚型非酒精性脂肪肝患者,随机分为2组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组采用疏肝健脾法联合中药外敷,对照组采用谷胱甘肽片治疗。结果治疗组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝健脾法联合中药外敷治疗肝郁脾虚型非酒精性脂肪肝效果确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of soothing liver and strengthening spleen method combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on non-alcoholic fatty liver of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency. Methods Sixty cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into two groups： 30 cases in the treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with Shugan Jianpi method combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine, while the control group was treated with glutathione tablets. Results The treatment group was more effective than the control group. Conclusion The soothing liver and strengthening spleen method combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on non-alcoholic fatty liver of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency is effective.
