针刺配合玉屏苍耳汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Combined with Yuping Canger Decoction in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨针刺配合中药治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年10月长春中医药大学附属医院收治的85例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机综合序贯法分为2组,对照组(n=42)采用单纯针刺治疗,观察组(n=43)给予针刺配合中药治疗,对比2组患者治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率95.3%(41/43)明显高于对照组73.8%(31/42),组间数据对比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IL-4 (白细胞介素4)、IL-5 (白细胞介素5)表达水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合中药治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果显著,可推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 85 patients with allergic rhinitis from February 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random and comprehensive sequential method. The control group of 42 cases was treated with acupuncture alone. The observation group of 43 cases was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine, and the therapeutic effect was different between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.3% （41/43） higher than that of the control group （73.8% （31/42）, P 〈 0.05）, and the expression of IL-4 （IL-4） and IL-5 （IL-5） in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is remarkable and can be popularized.
