中药离子导入综合治疗胃倾倒综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis in the Integrated Treatment of Gastric Dumping Syndrome

目的观察中药离子导入综合治疗胃倾倒综合征的疗效。方法采用中药离子导入综合治疗治疗组胃倾倒综合征患者32例,一般内科治疗对照组胃倾倒综合征患者29例,比较2组治疗前后临床症状的改善和治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前后症状改善比较:恶心呕吐、反酸嗳气、腹胀、神经低血糖症状均有显著差异(P<0.05);大便改变无差异(P>0.05)。治疗组与对照组治疗效果比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论中药离子导入综合治疗胃倾倒综合征明显优于一般内科治疗,能明显改善患者的临床症状以及生活质量。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine iontophoresis in treatment of gastric dumping syndrome. Methods 32 cases of gastric dumping syndrome were treated by conventional management and iontophoresis of Chinese medicine as treatment group, and 29 cases of gastric dumping syndrome were treated by conventional management as control group. We compared the 2 groups before and after treatment regarding the clinical improvement and treatment effect. Results The clinical improvement of 2 groups before and after treatment was compared such as nausea and vomiting, acid belching, abdominal distention, hypoglycemia and stool. There was no difference in the change of stool between the treatment group and the control group （P〉0.05）, and there was a significant difference in nausea and vomiting, acid belching, abdominal distention, hypoglycemia between the treatment group and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine iontophoresis and conventional management in gastric dumping syndrome is significantly better than general medical treatment, could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients
