中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探析中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2015年7月—2018年7月于上饶市铅山饴谋向民医院就诊的50例腰椎间盘突出症病患,采用双盲法将患者分为2组,各25例。2组患者均行手术治疗,对照组患者术后采用常规西药治疗,研究组行中西医结合治疗,对比治疗效果。结果研究组治疗优良率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗后不同时间段(1周、2周、3周)疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症病患采用中西医结合治疗疗效佳、安全性高,且能缓解疼痛感,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 50 cases of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in our hospital in July 2015 to July 2018 were selected, and the patients were divided into two groups with double blind method, with 25 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were treated with surgical treatment. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine after operation, and the study group was treated with Chinese and Western medicine, and the effect of treatment was compared. Results The good rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group. The pain scores in the 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after the treatment were lower than those in the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has good curative effect, high safety, and can relieve pain. It is worthy of clinical application.
