穿王消炎片联合雾化吸入治疗急慢性咽喉炎的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Chuanwang Xiaoyan Tablets Combined with Nebulization in the Treatment of Acute and Chronic Pharyngitis

目的探究和分析穿王消炎片联合雾化吸入治疗急慢性咽喉炎的应用效果观察。方法选取广昌县人民医院2017年5月—2018年6月接收治疗的100例急慢性咽喉炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各50例,对照组患者应用氧气雾化吸入治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上服用穿王消炎片进行治疗,治疗2个疗程之后,对比观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)以及免疫球蛋白G4 (IgG4)水平的变化,病情复发情况以及治疗后症状改善时间。结果试验组治疗的总有效率为96%(48/50),明显高于对照组总有效率82%(41/50)(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗后血清中TNF-α、IL-6水平都呈下降趋势,但试验组比对照组下降明显,血清中IgG4都呈上升趋势,试验组IgG4水平要高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组在治疗后黏膜干燥、咽痒咽干、疼痛充血以及咽部异物感等症状改善时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穿王消炎片联合雾化吸入治疗急慢性咽喉炎效果显著,抑制炎性因子,提高免疫因子活性,疾病复发率低,缩短了临床症状改善时间,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the application effect of Chuanwang Xiaoyan tablets combined with nebulization in the treatment of acute and chronic pharyngitis. Methods One hundred patients with acute and chronic pharyngitis who received treatment from May 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled. According to the random number table method, 50 patients in the experimental group and the control group were enrolled in the control group. The experimental group was treated with Chuanxiaoyan tablets on the basis of the control group. After two courses of treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The serum tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and interleukin-6 were measured before and after treatment. （IL-6） and changes in immunoglobulin G4 （IgG4） levels, recurrence of the disease, and time to symptom improvement after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96%, which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group by 82%, with significant statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the serum of the two groups were decreased after treatment, but the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, and the serum IgG4 was increased. The IgG4 level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. In the experimental group, the symptoms of mucosal dryness, pharyngeal dry throat, painful hyperemia and pharyngeal foreign body sensation were earlier than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chuanwang Xiaoxiao tablets combined with nebulized inhalation for acute and chronic pharyngitis have significant effects, inhibiting inflammatory factors, increasing immune factor activity, low recurrence rate, shortening the time for clinical symptom improvement, and high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
