摘要
目的观察运用复合超声导药治疗类风湿关节炎寒湿痹阻的临床疗效。方法选取2017年11月—2018年4月在山西省中西医结合医院风湿科治疗的68例类风湿关节炎住院患者,随机分为2组,即对照组和试验组各34例,对照组予以甲氨蝶呤及洛索洛芬钠治疗;试验组在对照组基础上联合复合超声导药治疗,21 d后观察2组的临床症状、体征及实验室指标(急性期反应物ESR、CRP)情况。结果对照组总有效率为79.41%(27/34),试验组总有效率为97.06%(33/34),差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05);试验组在控制病情活动度、改善实验室炎性指标方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论在常规甲氨蝶呤治疗的基础上联合复合超声导药可以减少NSAIDs的胃肠道、心血管及肾脏等器官的不良反应,同时迅速有效缓解关节疼痛,控制病情进展,降低实验室炎性指标,有其独特优势。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of compound rheumatoid arthritis in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 68 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our department between November 2017 and April 2018 were selected and divided into a control group and a test group according to a random number table. The control group was treated with Methotrexate and Loxoprofen Sodium; the experimental group was treated with compound ultrasound guided drug on the basis of the control group. 21 days later, the clinical symptoms, signs, and laboratory indicators (ESR, CRP in the acute phase) of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the control group was 79.41% (27/34), and the total effective rate in the experimental group was 97.06% (33/34). The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The experimental group was better than the control group in improving laboratory indicators and controlling disease activity. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of conventional Methotrexate therapy and compound ultrasound guidance can reduce the adverse reactions of NSAIDs in the gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular and renal organs. At the same time, rapid and effective relief of joint pain, control of disease progression, and reduction of laboratory indicators show the unique advantages.
