温针灸联合蠲痹汤对膝骨关节炎的临床疗效评价研究

Study on the Effect Evaluation of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Juanbi Decoction on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的对温针灸联合中药对膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效进行评价。方法本研究纳入60例患者,按照SAS软件产生随机序列将其分为观察组30例及对照组30例。其中对照组给与常规西药即关节腔内注射的方法治疗,观察组则采用中西医结合的方法治疗;2组均给予3周的疗程。并采用VAS评分及LKS评分法评价2组治疗前后的变化,统计总有效率给予分析。结果经卡方检验观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。其中治疗后2组在结局指标评分方面均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);且观察组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合中药是一种治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of KOA were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection in the lumen of the knee joint. The observation group was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Both groups had three weeks of treatment. Visual simulation score （VAS） and Lysholm knee function （LKS） score were used to evaluate the changes before and after treatment in the two groups, and the total effective rate was compared. Results The comparison of total effective rate between the two groups was comparable （P 〈 0.05）.VAS score and LKS score of the two groups after treatment were comparable to those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）.VAS score and LKS score of the treatment group after treatment were comparable with those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is an effective method to treat knee osteoarthritis.
