新时代视域下中医护理人员的专业规范与尽职伦理探析

Discussion on the Professional Norms and Due Diligence Ethics of Chinese Medicine Nursing Staff in the New Era

近年来专业形象逐渐受到重视,恪尽职守常为许多工作岗位提倡的首要守则。本文探讨现今规范伦理学与护理规范、伦理行为及实务间的关系,结果发现常规的伦理规范之下伦理行为规范则很少被讨论。行善原则是行为规范最重要的准则,而尽职是护理伦理规范中行善原则最重要的行为元素,包含忠诚、公正、真诚、倡言和贡献等五要素。本文呼应新时代中护理伦理规范的提升,强调将伦理规范照护实践于中医护理人员的照护实务工作之中。

In recent years, professional image has gradually received attention, and it is the primary code advocated for many jobs. This paper explores the relationship between normative ethics and nursing norms, ethical behaviors, and practices. It turns out that ethical behavioral norms under conventional ethical norms are rarely discussed. The principle of good deeds is the most important criterion of behavioral norms, and due diligence is the most important behavioral element of the principle of good deeds in nursing ethics, including five elements： loyalty, justice, sincerity, advocacy and contribution. This paper echoes the improvement of nursing ethics in the new era, emphasizing the practice of ethical normative practice in the nursing practice of Chinese medicine nursing staff.
