中医康复护理在小儿脑瘫流涎治疗中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing in the Treatment of Cerebral Palsy Salivation in Children

目的分析在小儿脑瘫流涎治疗中中医康复护理的应用效果。方法选取枣庄市峄城区中医院收治的脑瘫流涎患儿84例作为研究对象,并按照就诊顺序、依据随机的原则分成试验组(常规治疗加常规护理)和对照组(常规治疗加中医康复护理),每组42例,观察2组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果试验组患儿治疗有效率以及生命质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医康复护理在小儿脑瘫流涎治疗中应用效果较好,能够提高治疗效果和患儿生存质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 84 children with cerebral palsy in our hospital were enrolled in the study. According to the order of treatment, they were divided into experimental group （conventional treatment plus routine nursing） and control group （conventional treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing）, with 42 cases in each group. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of children were observed. Results The treatment efficiency and quality of life scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion TCM rehabilitation nursing has a good effect in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children, which can improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of children.
