社会工作伦理本土化研究述评

A Review on the Localization of Social Work Ethics

伦理是社会工作的生命线,西方社会工作伦理本土化情况对我国社会工作的推进与发展产生重要影响。学界近15年来对社会工作伦理本土化研究主要集中在中国传统文化对其影响与融合,社会工作伦理本土化的具体困境,社会工作伦理构建方向与情况三大方面。在进行全面综述和评价的基础上,认为充分认识西方社会工作伦理与中国社会工作伦理的相容性与异质性,结合时代精神和现实需要推进西方社会工作伦理本土化,构建适合中国国情的社会工作伦理体系将是今后学界研究的重点。

Ethics is the lifeline of social work,and the localization of social work ethic in western society will have an important influence on the advancement and development of social work in China.Academic research on localization of social work ethics in recent 15 years focused on the influence of Chinese traditional culture and the fusion,specific difficulties with the localization of social work ethics,and how to build a social work ethic system suited to China's national conditions.In a comprehensive review and evaluation,on the basis of that how to combine the spirit and reality need to promote the localization of western social work ethics,to build ethical system suitable for the situation of China social work will be the focus of academic research in the future.
