产业发展与技能型人才培养模式分析——以河源地区为例

Industrial Development and Training Mode of Skilled Talents in Heyuan Area

河源地区经济发展较为落后,产业发展具有规模增速较慢、内生动力不足、产业布局趋向合理等特点。产业发展与技能型人才的适应性不强,具体表现为产业发展与技能型人才供给协调度有待提高,产业发展与专业设置匹配度有待加强,产业发展与"双师型"教师融合度有待提升三个方面。完善技能型人才考评机制,优化河源地区专业设置,加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,构建适合于河源地区产业发展的技能型人才培养模式。

The economic development of Heyuan is relatively backward with slow growth of industry development, inadequacy of endogenous power, unreasonable industrial structure and weak ability to undertake industrial transfer. Specifically the adaptability of industrial development and skilled talents is not strong; skilled personnel needs to improve; and the ＂double teacher＂ training mode needs to be promoted. So it is indispensable to improve the evaluation mechanism of skilled personnel, to optimize the professional setting in Heyuan, to strengthen the construction of ＂Double Teacher＂, and to build a skilled personnel training model suitable for the development of industry in Heyuan.
