摘要 对青年学习需求的调查与研究,是提升青年工作水平的出发点。因此,研究及编制在职青年学习需求量表很有必要。在已有相关研究的基础上,通过访谈、自编问卷等方式收集数据,通过多次探索性因素分析,最终确定"学习方式""学习内容""学习伙伴""学习场所""学习目的""学习机构""传统学习""学习评价"八大维度、45个题项组成的在职青年学习需求量表。经过验证性因素分析,信度、效度检验,表明量表的有效度和可靠度良好。量表提取在职青年学习需求的主要因素,适用于所有在职青年,具有一定的推广度,为青年终身学习提供参考工具。 Youth is the future of a country and the hope of a nation, and the period of youth is an important transitional period in life with many tasks, so learning has become an important way for the youth to adapt to the society and develop themselves. The investigation and research on their learning needs is the starting point for raising the level of youth work. Therefore,it is necessary to study and develop the employed youth learning needs scale. On the basis of existing research, collecting data through interviews and self-made questionnaire survey, and exploratory factor analyses, an employed working youth learning needs scale is established with 8 dimensions of "learning style" ," learning contents" , " learning partners" , " learning places" ," learning objectives" ," learning organizations" ," traditional learning" and " learning evaluation" , and 45 items. The validity and reliability of the scale are proved to be good through confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity test. The main factors of learning needs can be extracted from the scale, so it is applicable to all the employed young people, having a certain degree of promotion, and provides reference for lifelong learning and the work for the youth.
