摘要
本文根据目前高校食品专业英语的教学现状,将"短学期科研实践"与教学结合,紧紧围绕"721"人才培养模式,对食品专业英语的教学内容和教学方法改革进行了探讨。
Based on the current teaching situation of food professional English in colleges and universities,this papercombines the "short semester scientific research practice" with teaching,and closely focuses on the 721" talent trainingmode.Teaching reform on the teaching content and teaching methods of food professional English were discussed.
