摘要
创新人才培养是我国高等教育的一项重要任务,但实践基地不足,实践环节过少等因素,制约了大学生创新思维创新能力的培养。实践环节薄弱成为某些文科专业的短板。现在已经进入大数据时代,各种新技术层出不穷,新教育形式不断出现。翻转课堂、慕课等应用得越来越广泛,微信、可穿戴式智能设备也逐步走进课堂。我们把一些新技术新形式融合为XP模式,在大学公关课上做了实践,来培养学生的创新思维和能力,也希望这些做法能为其他大学课程提供借鉴。
Cultivating innovative talents is an important task for higher education in China.However,factorsincluding the lack of practice bases and the excessively small number of practice links have restricted the cultivation ofcollege students' ability to innovate their minds.Weak practice links become the shortcoming of some liberal arts majors.We have already entered an era of big data,an era that is witnessing endless emergence of a variety of new technologiesand new educational forms.Flipped Classroom and MOOC are applied more widely,and WeChat and wearable smartequipment are also adopted into classes.We have integrated some new technologies and new forms into the XP modeland have practiced it on public relations courses,so as to cultivate the innovative minds and abilities of students,in thehope of that these efforts could provide some reference to other college courses.
