摘要
建构主义理论以"学"为中心,强调在学习过程中主动建构新知识。本文从师生角色的转变、教学情境的设立和知识媒体的运用等三个方面分析了建构主义理论对于研究生公共英语教学的启示。认为这一理论在研究生公共英语教学中的应用符合新形势对于研究生教学工作的要求以及教学的实际情况。
Constructivism focuses on learning and emphasizes the active construction of new knowledge in theprocess of learning.This paper analyzes the implications of constructivism for English teaching from three aspects:thechange in the role of teachers and students,the establishment of teaching setting and the use of knowledge media.It isconcluded that the application of this theory in the teaching of non-English majors accords with the requirements andreality of postgraduate teaching.
