摘要 针对环己酮生产装置碱液分离系统分离效果较差的现状,通过侧线试验考察了聚结纤维填料对环己烷氧化液的分离效果,以及二洗洗水分离器添加聚结纤维填料后的工业应用效果。结果表明:聚结纤维填料能显著提高碱液分离效果,当侧线试验装置入口流量小于150 L/h时,碱液分离效果比环己酮装置采用"旋液分离+聚结分离"效果更好;在二洗洗水分离器中添加三层聚结纤维填料进行工业化应用,进入烷一塔的有机相中Na+含量下降到0.2μg/mg,再沸器压力降至0.53 MPa,再沸器加水清洗频次下降至每3日1次,洗水总量由1.80 t/h降低至0.65 t/h,聚结器滤芯更换周期延长至7个月以上,环己酮装置物耗减少50 t/a。 In view of the poor separation effect of lye separation system in the cyclohexanone production unit, the separation effect of cyclohexane oxidizing liquid with the coalescent fiber packing and the industrial application effect of the second washing water separator after the adding of the coalescent fiber filler are investigated by the side line test. The results show that the effect of alkaline solution separation can be significantly improved by the coalescent fiber packing. When the inlet flow rate of the side line test device is less than 150 L/h, the effect of the lye separation is better than that of the "spin separation plus coalescence separation" in the cyclohexanone unit; And after the three layers of coalescence fiber filler is added to the second washing water separator for industrial application, the content of Na+ in the organic phase of the first alkane column reduces to 0.2 μg/mg, the reboiler pressure to 0.53 MPa, the reboiler washing frequency to once every three days, the total amount of washing water to 1.15 t/h from 1.80 t/h, and the replacement period of the coalescer filter core extends to more than 7 months, leading to material consumption cut down by 50 t/a in the cyclohexanone unit.
