摘要 苯乙烯储罐传统的保冷方式是在储罐外层粘贴聚氨酯泡沫板,由于罐体金属材料与泡沫材料之间膨胀系数不同,潮气进入缝隙,遇冷变水,长此以往,储罐保冷材料的绝热效果大幅度降低,且罐壁腐蚀也比较严重。针对以上问题联合相关高校研究开发了储罐保冷涂层及相关施工工艺,主要是将聚氨酯泡沫板改造为现场发泡的形式,并从涂层结构、附着力、抗龟裂、耐火等级等方面对保冷材料进行了改良。在某石化单位进行了试验及工业应用,通过对试验及工业应用期间的数据进行详细的记录及分析,并与往年的用能情况进行比较,证明针对苯乙烯储罐研究开发的保冷涂层及施工工艺非常成功。 The traditional cooling method of styrene tanks is to stick polyurethane foam plates on outer layer of the tanks. Due to different expansion coefficient between metal tank and foam material, moisture enters the gap and becomes water when getting cold, which could lead to low thermal insulation and serious corrosion for storage tanks over time. In view of the above problems, we and relevant universities have jointly studied and developed storage tank cooling coating and related coating techniques, the major of which is on-site polyurethane foaming instead of foam plates, and improving the cooling coating in aspects of coating structure, adhesion, anti-cracking and fire-resistance. During the test and industrial application in a petrochemical plant, the detailed records and data prove that, compared with previous energy use, the cooling coating technology developed for styrene tanks is very successful.
