摘要
采用钠盐法将马来松香分离提纯得到马来海松酸。研究了碱的种类、回流时间及成盐反应中溶液pH值对马来松香分离提纯的影响,并利用FT-IR和NMR对产物进行了表征。结果表明,选择NaOH对马来松香进行分离提纯,成盐反应时溶液p H值为10并回流2. 5 h后,能够得到的马来海松酸的最高收率为58. 34%。
Maleie rosin was separated and purified to obtain maleopimarie acid by sodium salt method. The effects of the type of alkalis, the reflux time and the pH of the solution in the salt reaction on the separation were studied. And the products were characterized by FT-IR and NMR. The results showed that the highest yield of maleopimarie acid was 58.34% when the NaOH was selected for separation and purification, the pH value of the solution was 10 and the reflux time was 2.5 h.
