柴油机可调式簧片中冷器设计及研究

摘要 针对柴油机在低工况时中冷器出现的过冷问题,提出了可调式簧片中冷器的设想。利用AutoCAD2007和SolidWorks2016建立了普通中冷器和可调式簧片中冷器的二维、三维模型,通过Hypermesh建立了有限元网格模型并用Fluent模拟简化了中冷器内部流场。对低工况下两种中冷器流场进行分析和计算的结果显示,可调式簧片中冷器流通能力良好,能有效改善柴油机低速过冷问题,证明了设计的合理性。 This paper mainly focuses on the diesel engine in low working condition, and puts forward the idea of an intereooler with a adjustable reed to solve the supercooling problem of the intereooler. We used AutoCAD2007 and SolidWorks2016 to buiht the two-dimensional and three-dimensional models of common and reed type intereoolers. Then the finite element mesh model was built through Hypermesh. Finally, the internal flow fieht of the intereooler is simplified and simulated by Fluent. Analysis and calculation results of the flow field of two kinds of intereooler under low working conditions show that the intereoolers with the adjustable reed are in good circulation, and effectively solve the diesel engine supercooling problem in low working condition, and thus illustrate the reasonability of the design.
