昆虫信息素与寄主挥发物在绿色防控中的关系及研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 昆虫长期进化而形成一套复杂、敏感的气味识别和鉴定系统,可在充满气味的自然环境中准确寻找食物、寻找同种异性交配、在合适的场所产卵繁衍后代以及逃避天敌等等,这种气味物质是昆虫特殊的通讯"语言",称之为信息化合物。本文简要介绍了信息化合物的种类、提取分离、结构鉴定、生物合成及昆虫对其感受机制,分析了目前国内外昆虫信息素与寄主挥发物相关的研究及应用。通过综合分析现有的研究成果,对昆虫信息素与寄主挥发物在害虫防治方面及其相互作用机制进行综述,揭示了绿色防控技术在森林害虫、农业害虫防治中的重要性及优越性。 A set of complex and sensitive smell identification system of insects through long-term evolution can help to accurately find food, find mating partner, spawn in the appropriate places to breed and escape predators in the natural environment. The odorant is a special communication language of insects, called "information compounds". This paper briefly introduces the information compound in terms of their types, separation and extraction, structure identification, biosynthesis and feeling mechanism by insects. The present insect pheromone and host plant volatiles were analyzed. A comprehensive analysis of existing research results, the relationship between insect pheromone and host volatiles and their interaction mechanism in pest control were reviewed, revealing the superiority and importance of green technology in pest control in agriculture and forestry.
