摘要
对电池级Li_2CO_3氢化工段生产工艺流程进行优化。实验结果显示:氢化溶解率和氢化液pH值呈线性关系,获得的氢化条件为:最佳氢化时间为80 min,最适液固比大于23∶1,最终获得产品纯度达98. 7%以上,Ca、Mg含量分别降至0. 0004%、0. 0040%。
The hydrogen section process of the battery-grade Li 2CO 3 was optimized.The experimental results show that the hydrogenation dissolution rate and the pH of the hydride solution are linear.The hydrogenation conditions are as follows:the optimum hydrogenation time is 80 min,the optimum liquid-solid ratio is greater than 23∶ 11,and the purity of the product is finally 98.7% or more.Ca,The Mg content was reduced to 0.0004% and 0.0040%,respectively.
