伊潘立酮的合成工艺改进

摘要 对伊潘立酮的合成工艺进行了改进,主要包括缩短反应时间,更换缚酸剂,改进析晶工艺等,不仅减少能耗,增加安全系数,同时提升了产品的质量,工艺更加适合工业化生产。 The synthesis process of iloperidone has been improved,including shortening the reaction time,changing the acid binding agent,improving the crystallization process,etc.,not only reducing energy consumption,increasing the safety factor,but also improving the quality of the product,and the process is more suitable for industrial production.
