摘要
目的:采用系统预试法初步探索乌蔹莓根部的化学成分。方法:采用系统预试法对乌蔹莓根部的水、95%乙醇、石油醚提取物进行研究,通过显色反应或沉淀反应,对乌蔹莓根部可能含有的化学成分进行初步研究。结果:乌蔹莓根部可能含有甾醇、氨基酸类、酚类、黄酮类、生物碱等化学成分。结论:实验表明,乌蔹莓根部含有多种有效成分,为进一步研究乌蔹莓的生物活性成分提供了实验基础。
Objective: To identify the chemical components of Cayratia japonica(Thunb.)Gagn roots using comprehensive preliminary tests. Methods:The mixtures extracted respectively from Cayratia japonica(Thunb.)Gagn roots with petrol ether,purified water or 95% ethanol were studied using test tube method and paper method.The chemical components of Cayratia japonica(Thunb.)Gagn roots were preliminarily demonstrated using precipitation reaction and color reaction of multiple indicators. Results:Cayratia japonica(Thunb.)Gagn roots might contain sterol,amino acids,phenol compounds,progesterone and alkaloids.Conclusion:The results shows Cayratia japonica(Thunb.)Gagn roots contain multiple effective components and provided foundation for further study.
