浅谈统计工作如何适应石油企业转型发展

Discussion on how Does Statistical Work Adapt to the Transformation and Development of Petroleum Enterprises

石油企业的转型发展,对包括统计工作在内的企业各项管理提出了新的、更高的要求。针对当前统计工作存在的问题或薄弱环节,要使其适应企业转型发展,应从三个方面做出改变:首先是提高各级领导者和统计工作者对统计工作重要作用的认识;其次是通过建立完善统计组织体系、统计指标体系和统计运行机制进一步健全统计体系;其三是通过推进统计人才队伍建设和统计信息化建设进一步提升统计服务能力,进而实现统计信息"精准性、及时性、‘成品’性、共享性"的服务要求。

With the transformation and development of petroleum enterprises,much newer and higher requirements are needed for enterprise management ,including the statistical work.Based on the problems or weaknesses in current statistical work,in order to adapt the statistical work to the transformation and development of enterprise,the author believes some changes should be made as followings：Firstly,raising awareness of importance of statistical work,not only for statistical workers but also for the relevant lesders at all levels;Secondly,it is to further improve the statistical system by establishing and perfecting statistical organization system,statistical index system and statistical operation mechanism;The third is to further improve the statistical service capability through promoting the construction of statistical talent teams and statistical information,and then to realize the service requirement of ＂precision,timeliness,＇ finished product ＇ and sharing＂of statistical information.
