摘要 石化安全仿真培训基地建设集理论学习、虚拟仿真、实操演练为一体,剖析培训基地建设及运行现状,从资源优化配置、培训内容开发、教师教学水平提升等方面探讨安全仿真培训基地建设发展新思路。 The petrochemical safety simulation training base integrates the elements of theoretical study, virtual simulation and field practice. Based upon the previous research, the paper analyzes the present situation of training base construction and operation, and explores new ideas around the following development plan from the perspective of optimizing resource allocation, developing training contents and improving teachers' teaching level.
