The petrochemical safety simulation training base integrates the elements of theoretical study, virtual simulation and field practice. Based upon the previous research, the paper analyzes the present situation of training base construction and operation, and explores new ideas around the following development plan from the perspective of optimizing resource allocation, developing training contents and improving teachers＇ teaching level.
