面向过程的危险源辨识及可操作性评价系统

摘要 为实现化工产业绿色与可持续发展,本研究以大数据、云计算技术为依托,从物料性质、设备性能、过程控制、生产组织、业务模式等方面出发,推出依托于DCS、MES、ERP平台之上的面向过程的危险源辨识及可操作性评价系统(POHAZOP)。系统实现了生产过程的在线运行监控、危险源动态辨识、可操作性实时分析与控制。该系统核心应用功能主要包括基础信息管理、健康评价管理、安全评价管理和环境评价管理四大部分,解决企业效益追求和健康安全环境保护之间的均衡评价与控制,为管理者提供最优决策支持。可以使事故发生率降低85%,工伤发生次数降低90%,减少经济损失,增加企业效益。 This research aims to launch Process Oriented Hazard and Operability Analysis(POHAZOP),which is based on Distributed Control System(DCS),Manufacturing Execution System(MES),and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),meeting the requirements of green and sustainable development in chemical industry,relying on big data and cloud computing,and considering aspects such as materials' property,equipment performance,process control,production organization and business patterns. The system realizes on-line operation monitoring,dynamic identification of the hazard and real-time analysis and control of operability. The core application functions of the system mainly include basic information management,health assessment management,safety assessment management and environmental assessment management,which implement enterprises' evaluation and balance between benefits and the protection of health,security,and environment as well as means of control,therefore,to provide enterprises with optimal decision support. The accident rate can be reduced by 85% and the number of industrial injuries can be reduced by 90%,reducing economic loss and increasing enterprise benefits.
