Industrial Structure in Fuling District and Its Optimization

对涪陵区1998—2016年三次产业生产总值和就业人数的变化趋势进行了分析,发现第二产业生产总值的增长幅度大于第一、三产业,第三产业的就业重要性高于第二产业,第二产业的就业重要性高于第一产业.为了促进涪陵区的产业结构向更高水平优化,建议助推新型农业现代化、建立现代化工业体系、发展现代服务业和实现产业结构协调发展.

Variation trend in output value of the primary industry,the second industry and the third industry and that in employment figure in Fuling District are analyzed in the paper.It is find that the variation of gross output value in the second industry is greater than in the first industry and the third industry and the importance of the third industry in employment is greater than the second industry of which the importance is greater than the first industry.Ways to optimize the industrial structure are then proposed,which includes establishing new agricultural development systems,modernizing industrial system,developing modern service industries and achieving harmonious development of industrial structure.
