摘要
介绍了南化公司采用中石化南京化工研究院有限公司研发的络合铁脱硫工艺对合成氨装置和制氢装置除氧器排出的废气进行脱硫处理。其脱硫装置采用碱液吸收H_2S气体,通过高价态Fe离子将HS^-转化成硫磺。处理后排放气体ρ(H_2S)<10 mg/m^3,满足环保要求。回收的硫磺可作为硫磺制酸装置生产原料。
Complex iron desulphurization process developed by Sinopec Nanjing Chemical Research Institute Co.,Ltd.was applied in desulphurization of exhaust gas from deaerator tor synthetic ammonia plant and hydrogen production unit in Nanjing Chemical Industrial Company.Alkali solution was used to absorb H2S in desulphurization device,while HS- was converled to sulphur by high-valent iron ions.After treatment, H2S concentration in exhaust gas was less than 10 mg/m3, meeting environmental requirements,and sulphur recovered was used as raw material tor sulphuric acid plant.
